My name is Jordan Bradford, and I grew up in the very southern state of Georgia. Although I’m told I don’t really have an accent, I usually give myself away by what I order in a restaurant. If there’s pimento cheese, biscuits or anything fried anywhere in my vicinity, you better make a path!

I moved to the Washington, D.C. area in the Fall of 2018. Having lived almost my whole life in Georgia, the DMV area (District, Maryland, Virginia for those of you who, like me, didn’t get that right away) is different in so many ways. It’s been a blast to explore my new city, and the surrounding region. 

I have been traveling/exploring solo for a few years. Some of my favorite solo activities are:

• Visiting museums
• Enjoying nature
• Hunting for the best dessert/sweet treat 
• Reading
